Under WAOW can be understood the organiser of Tomorrowland, the licensor of Unite with Tomorrowland, the creator of Tastes of the World and TML by Tomorrowland and any future Tomorrowland-related products or events, Tomorrowland-related artists and all affiliated entities and companies.

ARTICLE 1 – Purpose of the Tomorrowland account

The purpose of the Tomorrowland account is to inform possible visitors and/or people with an interest in Tomorrowland-related services about current and future events and services organised by WAOW, and to give them the chance to adapt the information they receive to their interests and manage their personal data given to WAOW.

ARTICLE 2 – Information coming from registering a Tomorrowland account

2.1 If you register your Tomorrowland account, you will receive information in your account and through email about the following topics:

  • registration for Tomorrowland-related events
  • your Tomorrowland account (password changes, requests for your consent for extra topics, …).

2.2 If you register your Tomorrowland account, you can opt in to receive additional information through email about:

  • Upgrades and additional services linked to your ticket purchase, such as vouchers for restaurants, lockers, parking, shuttles, etc.
  • All Tomorrowland-related events (such as Unite with Tomorrowland), artists (such as Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike or Lost Frequencies), People of Tomorrow (social platform), Tomorrowland surveys, Tomorrowland theme and videos and TML by Tomorrowland.

2.3 You can, at any given time, adjust your email preferences in your Tomorrowland account.

2.3.1 If you wish to revoke your consent regarding your email preferences in article 2.2, you can change them at any time in your account.

2.3.2 If you wish to revoke your consent regarding the topics in article 2.1 and processing of data through your Tomorrowland account, WAOW can no longer offer you its services and you will be obliged to remove your account. To do so, please contact dpo@tomorrowland.com. If you have any purchases that still need to be executed, such as tickets to future Tomorrowland events, Tomorrowland will be forced to cancel these purchases without any right to a refund.  In case required by law or a contract, Tomorrowland can be obliged to still keep the data – even after a removal of data request – if required by law or upon a contract (e.g. legal retention periods).

2.4 In the future, if more topics and/or purposes are added, your explicit consent will be asked. You will remain, at all times, in charge of your preferences.

ARTICLE 3 – Privacy policy

By creating a Tomorrowland account, you explicitly agree with the Tomorrowland privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.tomorrowland.com/en/festival/practical/your-privacy/privacy-policy

ARTICLE 4 – Applicable jurisdiction and competent court

4.1 These general terms and conditions are exclusively governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with Belgian law, with the exclusion of the rules on conflict of laws.

4.2 Any disputes will be exclusively referred to the competent court in Antwerp, Belgium.

4.3 WAOW remains, however, entitled to submit a claim to the court that would have jurisdiction pursuant to the statutory rules of jurisdiction.

4.4 If any provision in these general terms and conditions, or any part thereof, is, or is declared, invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions of these general terms and conditions or the remaining part of that provision will remain in full force and this provision will be automatically replaced (by operation of law) by a valid provision that corresponds with the purport of the invalid provision as much as possible.
