Vini Vici takes over the Tomorrowland Friendship Mix

This week’s Tomorrowland Friendship Mix is in the hands of none other than Vini Vici!

Widely regarded as one of the fastest-rising acts in psytrance, Aviram and Matan, better known as Vini Vici, have helped bring the genre into the global spotlight. Hailing from Afula, Israel, the duo played a major role in the resurgence of psytrance, especially as its presence grew in mainstream festival DJ sets.

Their popularity skyrocketed as they began performing at major festivals like Tomorrowland, A State of Trance, and Sunburn GOA.

In 2016, they teamed up with Dutch trance legend Armin van Buuren and Hilight Tribe for the track “Great Spirit,” which amassed over a million plays within its first week. The track would go on to become one of the most played song at Tomorrowland 2017.

Vini Vici primarily release music under their own label, Alteza Records, which they founded to showcase top-tier psytrance talent. The label is home to artists such as Blastoyz, Skazi, WHITENO1SE, Reality Test, Omiki, Eddie Bitar, and Indecent Noise, among others.

Since their breakout, they’ve continued to collaborate with some of the biggest names in electronic music, including Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Steve Aoki, and R3HAB. Alteza Records has not only released a stream of high-energy tracks but also hosted its own stage at Tomorrowland in the past.

They came, they saw and they continue to conquer. They have played at Tomorrowland Belgium before and can't wait to be back in 2025!
